This is an intensive and interactive two-day course specifically for physiotherapists, kinesiologists, Certified Athletic Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) who deal with clients at risk of low bone density wanting to find a means to improve their bone health.
The participant will leave the course able to assess their clients’ needs and deliver a practical exercise program that can be applied in a clinical setting.
Successful participants will become part of the MelioGuide delivery network of practitioners providing quality programs to persons with osteoporosis or osteopenia. All participants will be added to the MelioGuide continuing education network and be eligible to take the Level II training course.
